Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how signedge.space collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information when users visit the website, create an account, purchase credits, upload content, or use AI generation services. For purposes of this policy, signedge.space is the service provider responsible for the processing described below, and “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to signedge.space.
1. Information we collect
1.1 Information users provide
Account information, such as email address, display name, and authentication records.
Purchase and support information, such as order IDs, payment status, correspondence, and issue details. Payment card credentials are handled by the payment provider and are not stored by us in full.
Prompts, source files, images, audio, video, and other content submitted to use a selected AI workflow.
Preferences and configuration choices saved within the service.
1.2 Information collected automatically
IP address, browser and device information, timestamps, referring pages, and approximate location derived from IP address.
Security, payment, webhook, and service logs needed to authenticate requests, prevent fraud, troubleshoot failures, and maintain system reliability.
Usage information, such as pages visited, models selected, generation status, credit usage, and feature interactions.
Cookie or similar storage information used for login, security, preferences, and basic service analytics.
2. How we use information
Provide accounts, credit balances, AI generation workflows, downloads, and customer support.
Process and reconcile payments, prevent duplicate transactions, and respond to refund requests.
Authenticate users, detect abuse, investigate fraud, protect the service, and enforce the Terms of Service.
Operate, debug, measure, and improve service performance and reliability.
Comply with legal obligations and establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
Send essential service messages. Promotional communications are sent only where permitted and may be opted out of at any time.
Where applicable law requires a legal basis, processing may be based on performance of a contract, legitimate interests, consent, or compliance with legal obligations, depending on the context.
3. AI inputs and outputs
User content may be transmitted to infrastructure and model providers selected to perform the requested generation. We use that content to provide the requested service, maintain security, and troubleshoot failures.
We do not claim ownership of user inputs or outputs merely because they pass through the service. Users should not upload confidential, regulated, or sensitive personal information unless they have authority to do so and the selected workflow is suitable for that information.
4. How we share information
We may share information only as reasonably necessary with:
Payment processors and fraud-prevention providers used for the transaction shown at checkout.
Cloud hosting, storage, observability, security, and customer-support providers.
AI model and infrastructure providers needed to process a user’s selected request.
Professional advisers, regulators, law enforcement, or courts when disclosure is legally required or reasonably necessary to protect rights and safety.
A buyer or successor in connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to appropriate safeguards.
We do not sell personal information for money. We may disclose aggregated or de-identified information that does not reasonably identify an individual.
5. International processing
Service providers may process information in countries other than the user’s country. Where required, we use contractual or other reasonable safeguards for international transfers and require processors to protect information consistently with applicable law.
6. Retention
We retain personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including account operation, transaction records, security, dispute handling, and legal compliance. Retention periods vary by data type. Information may remain temporarily in protected backups before deletion or overwriting.
7. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. No online service is completely secure, and users are responsible for protecting their credentials and promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access.
8. User choices and rights
Depending on applicable law, users may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information; object to or restrict certain processing; withdraw consent; or request a portable copy of certain information. We may verify identity before acting and may retain information where legally permitted or required.
Users may manage browser cookies through browser settings and may unsubscribe from non-essential marketing using the method included in the message.
9. Children
The service is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate.
10. Changes and contact
We may update this policy to reflect changes in the service or law. The revised effective date will be displayed at the top of the policy. Material changes may also be communicated through the website or account service.
Privacy questions and data requests may be submitted through the support channel shown on the website’s Contact page.
