Terms
Terms of Service
Last updated: June 2026
1. Eligibility and accounts
Users must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement. A business user represents that they have authority to bind the organization they identify.
Users must provide accurate account information, keep credentials confidential, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. Users are responsible for activity performed through their accounts unless caused by our breach of duty.
2. Service description
The service provides access to AI models and creative workflows through hosted infrastructure. Available models, features, prices, output formats, and usage requirements may change as the service and third-party providers evolve.
The platform provides software tools and digital services. It does not provide banking, money transmission, cryptocurrency exchange, or investment products.
3. Credits and payment
3.1 One-time credit purchases
Users may purchase prepaid credits in one-time transactions. The current checkout does not create automatic recurring billing. Any future recurring plan would require clear disclosure and separate affirmative consent before purchase.
3.2 Nature of credits
Credits are a limited contractual right to consume eligible services on the platform.
Credits are not legal tender, cryptocurrency, a security, or a financial instrument.
Credits cannot be transferred, sold, withdrawn, or redeemed for cash.
Purchased credits do not expire unless a different validity period is clearly disclosed before purchase; promotional credits may have separate rules.
3.3 Pricing and payment providers
The amount, currency, credit quantity, and payment method are displayed at checkout. Payments are processed by the provider available for that transaction. Taxes, foreign-exchange charges, or bank fees may apply where disclosed or imposed by third parties.
3.4 Refunds
Refunds and credit corrections are governed by the Refund Policy and mandatory law.
4. Acceptable use
Users must not use the service to:
Violate law, court orders, sanctions, export controls, or third-party rights.
Create or distribute child sexual abuse material, non-consensual intimate imagery, sexual services, or content that exploits minors.
Generate deceptive impersonation, fraud, phishing, malware, unlawful surveillance, or content intended to cause serious harm.
Upload content without the rights, permissions, and consents required for its use, including a person’s image, voice, likeness, or personal data.
Circumvent security, usage limits, payment controls, or model safeguards; probe the service for vulnerabilities without authorization; or interfere with other users.
Resell account access or credits unless expressly authorized in writing.
5. User content and permissions
As between the user and the platform, the user retains rights they hold in inputs and outputs. The user grants us and our service providers a limited permission to host, transmit, process, reproduce, and modify inputs solely as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, and support the requested service.
Users are responsible for determining whether an output may be lawfully used and whether third-party rights, model-provider terms, or disclosure obligations apply. AI outputs may not be unique and similar outputs may be generated for others.
6. Intellectual property
The platform, interface, software, documentation, branding, and underlying technology are owned by us or our licensors. Except for the limited right to use the service under these Terms, no platform intellectual-property rights are transferred to users.
7. Third-party services and models
The service may depend on third-party model, cloud, storage, and payment providers. Their terms, availability, safety restrictions, and output licenses may apply. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our reasonable control, but we will use reasonable efforts to maintain the platform and communicate material service issues.
8. Suspension and termination
We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to address security threats, fraud, chargebacks, legal requirements, prohibited use, or a material breach of these Terms. Where practicable, we will provide notice and an opportunity to remedy the issue.
Users may stop using the service at any time. Account closure does not create a right to cash redemption of remaining credits, except where required by law or expressly provided in the Refund Policy.
9. Service changes and availability
We may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue features and models. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Planned maintenance, provider outages, safety incidents, and events outside reasonable control may affect availability.
10. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service and AI outputs are provided on an “as available” basis. We do not warrant that outputs will be accurate, unique, complete, non-infringing, suitable for a particular purpose, or accepted by any regulator, platform, customer, or professional body.
Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, or data, arising from the service.
Our aggregate liability arising from the service will not exceed the greater of USD 100 or the fees paid by the user during the 6 months before the event giving rise to the claim. This limit does not apply where liability cannot legally be limited, including liability for fraud or willful misconduct.
12. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, a business user will defend and indemnify us against third-party claims arising from that user’s unlawful content, infringement of third-party rights, or material violation of these Terms. This section does not apply to the extent a claim was caused by our own breach or misconduct.
13. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer protections that apply in a user’s place of residence remain unaffected.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including a question about their existence, validity, or termination, will be finally resolved by arbitration administered by the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC) under the SIAC Rules in force when arbitration begins. The seat of arbitration is Singapore, the tribunal consists of one arbitrator, and the language is English. Either party may seek urgent interim relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.
14. Changes and contact
We may update these Terms to reflect service, legal, or security changes. Material changes will be communicated reasonably in advance where practicable. Continued use after the effective date of revised Terms constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
Questions or notices may be submitted through the support channel shown on the website’s Contact page.
